Trilight Health was kind enough to send me a bottle of their Lympha Rub to try out and tell you all about! I am fairly new to using essential oils and that is the main component of this remedy. I was very excited to try it out. The ingredient list is very easy to understand:
"The finest essential oils of Lemon, Cajeput, Lavender, Clove, Myrrh & Chamomile in a base of extra virgin Olive Oil". Can't get much simpler than that!
Recommended Usage states "Rub onto neck, spine, lymph glands or wherever soreness is present." Ages 5+ may take 1 drop per 50 lbs in the back of the throat. Avoid contact with eyes.
This little bottle packs a BIG punch! We recently had a touch of something pass amongst our family one by one. I rubbed this on my throat (outer) several times during the course of it. I also applied it in one of my ears that as achy of and on. Of the four of us in my family, only one member was sick a shorter period of time that I was - Daniella. I attribute that to her being breastfed and the fact that I rubbed this on her lymph nodes a few times too. No one else in the family wanted to use it. Their choice :) And they were sick longer.
The bottle has a really neat dropper like applicator built into it. It makes it super easy to apply. You can either drop it down your throat, into your ear or onto your fingers to rub in your skin.
Like I said, this is a small bottle, but it goes really far. We used probably close to 2 dozen doses of it already and it is still about 2/3 full! Here is a picture of it next to a battery so you can see the size of the bottle. This bottle retails for $8.95 on Trilight Health's website!
