One of my 2013 goals was to try to eat healthier. I have been focusing on being sure that dinner is on the table every night and that the ingredients are not as processed as they could be. One way to be sure to get natural ingredients is to get the Conscious Box!
One of my favorite things to do is try out new, healthy and natural products. Conscious Box gives you the opportunity to do that each and every month of the year with a lot of cool and fun twists. They selectively choose their products from companies who sell pure and sustainable products to include in their monthly boxes and give you the opportunity to review those products. This gives the company feedback on their packaging, product and business so they can improve on anything that might be lacking.
head over to Conscious Box and give it a try.
Here are some of the items I received in my March box (which, by the way, the box is 100% recycled, inks are from veggies, labels are BPA-free and include no GMOs):
Chef Sleeve Disposable iPhone Sleeves - I don't own an iPhone so I plan on giving these to my sister, but they protect your iPhone's screen and are 100% recyclable.
Pure Living Paradise Vanilla TGRT Raw Tea - This box came with a few good samples of tea, including this Pure Living sample and some caffeine free Stash Organic Teas. I am not a huge tea fan but the vanilla sounds very soothing and yummy!! I'm excited to try it out.
Smarty Pants Gummy Vitamins for Grownups - I also received a sample of the kids' vitamins which is perfect!! My (almost) 5 year old tried one out tonight and I'm happy to give her one of these all-in-one multivitamins + Omega 3 + Vitamin D!
Zarbee's All-Natural Cough Syrup - This is a drug free couch syrup that's effective and natural. I do tend to go toward the more natural cough syrups. One, they seem to work better, two, they taste better, and three, you can't beat drug free. I typically use Maty's cough syrup both for me and the kiddos and I really love it. I'll be trying out this Zarbee's sample the next time I have a cough (which hopefully isn't anytime soon).
OldeMan Blueberry Almond Granola - This is the perfect little sample to throw in my desk drawer at work. My boss is always giving me her granola from the yogurt she picks up at McDonald's at lunch. I love granola and am super excited to try out this yummy sounding flavor.
Wheatgrass Boost - An all natural energy shot? This will be another item that goes into my desk drawer. It is preservative free and includes organic wheatgrass.
Two Degrees Food Bars (Chocolate Banana & Cherry Almond) - Yet another great item to take to work, especially if I miss breakfast. These all natural bars have ingredients like quinoa, chia and millet. They are full sized samples.
Nektar Honey Crystals - This product is an alternative to plain sugar. It includes granulated honey and can be used for hot or cold drinks.
Sumbody Goatsintheberrypatch Sumsoap - This is a small bar of handmade, pure, natural soap.
As you can see, you get a ton of great items in your box and they are different every month. I'm very impressed with the service, including their quick shipping and customer service who is willing to answer any questions you might have. Don't forget about that 50% discount!
