Dr. Max Powers Scar Serum Review and Giveaway! Ends August 17

I have been using the Dr. Max Powers Advanced Scar Therapy for the past three weeks.  I have MANY scars -- I've had my hip replaced, had a major break in my lower leg which required surgery, pins and screws, I've had tram-flap surgery and a handful of breast surgeries (yes, pun intended!) as the result of breast cancer and many, many other surgeries which I won't bore you with!  The result of all these surgeries is a boat-load of scars.  I am the perfect person to give this scar therapy a try!

Dr. Max Powers Advanced Scar Therapy was created to help the cells mask your existing scars and at the same time rebuild the collagen (the springy stuff that keeps your skin from dimpling, i.e., the grooves that are often found in scars).  This serum contains organic rosehip oil which has proven to be great for skin regeneration and even helps skin that has been burned.

The ingredient list for this serum reads like a health food store menu:  organic aloe vera, hibiscus, rosehip oil, kosher vegetable glycerin, Vitamin E, Vitamin B3, Pro-Vitamin B-5, Pro-Vitamin A and Vitamin C.  It has a pleasant scent and didn't stain my clothes or leave a greasy residue.  The directions said that I should rub the serum into my scars 3 times a day for 8 weeks on new scars and 3-6 months on existing scars.  Unfortunately all my scars are relatively old scars, so I was unable to see instant results, but I will continue to use this serum with gusto since I haven't found another that I am as confident in.  My scar-tissue skin loves to suck this stuff up!  The other good news is that these ingredients also reduce the signs of aging, which I definitely can put to good use!

In my opinion, I would jump in a tub full of this stuff if I could.  I love the mild scent, I love the fact that it is scientifically formulated and really absorbs.  My scars love it -- and with any luck will be all but invisible in the next 6 months!

The good people at Dr. Max Powers have generously agreed to provide one of my readers with a bottle of Scar Serum for their own use!  U.S. only please!

  1. I am hoping that this works for my scars on my face. I have had several acne scars as well as scratches and bumps from my childhood that have left scars. The fact that you are seeing some improvement gives me hope!
