Is clipping your pet's nails stressful?

Do you dread having to clip your dog's nails?  I sure do -- I am always worried that I will cut too much or hurt our dog.  When I was recently given the opportunity to try the Epica Pet Nail Clipper, I was excited to give it a try!

Our dog is a wonderful 10 year old part of the family!  Butkus is a gentleman AND a scholar!  Trimming his nails is no longer such a stressful event!

The Epica Pet Nail Clipper is made of quality stainless steel and very durable.  It won't bend or rust and the blades stay sharp through many clippings.  I like that you really don't have to work as hard as with other clippers and you can tell where you are going.   It doesn't leave any ragged edges and makes a nice clean cut!

Butkus walks much easier on our hardwood floors because his worries of slipping are diminshed.  The clippers that I received are perfect for his size.  The Epica Clipper also has a safety lock that is easy to engage that keeps the blades closed when not in use.  The handle is so comfortable -- it has a rubber grip that ensures you don't have to hold with a death grip that you have to use with many others!

You can find the Epica Pet Nail Clipper at Amazon.com HERE.  I highly recommend them!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. I STILL WOULD CUT TOO SHORT, I MEAN MY DOG HAS BLACK NAILS. EVEN WITH THE CLIPPER'S YOUR SHOWING,, THEY MAY CUT CLEAN AND SHARP BUT DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHERE THE VEIN IN THE PAW IS?

    1. I would have to see your dog's paw before answering. I know that these clippers work really really well and my dog appreciates it!

  3. I may have to check these out. Having 3 dogs, it's a chore to clip their nails. I hate having to make the experience more uncomfortable for them with crummy nail clippers.

  6. My inlaws never clip their dog's claws. Not until they are long enough to puncture and require stitches anyway. Then they break down and take him to a pet store to get it done. It would be so nice to have a tool on hand to just do it ourselves. One time expense, would pay for itself so quickly too. Thanks for the review.

  7. I bring my dog to the 'spa' to have his nails clipped and he is bathed and pampered too. I once cut his nails too short and he was in pain and I was in more pain knowing I had hurt him
