I was provided the Cinnamon Subway coffee!  The aroma that rolled out of my Keurig was nothing short of amazing.  If you love the flavor of cinnamon then this is the coffee for you!  I am imaging it with a nice piece of apple pie or a breakfast danish.  It's yummy, without being sweet.  I was most impressed with the richness of the coffee itself -- some flavored coffees lose the essence of the coffee once they take on a flavor.  That is not the case with Brooklyn Beans.  The coffee does not take second base to the cinnamon flavor, but the flavor still comes through.  It has a nice cinnamon kick to it!

My opinion?  Brooklyn Bean Roastery is some of the best coffee that I have had the pleasure of drinking.  I am a real snob when it comes to coffee and I was truly impressed!  I will buy this coffee again and it will replace some of the other coffees that I previously considered a staple.
