  13. We always have two holidays... Thanksgiving day my husband and I have Thanksgiving dinner alone or we might invite one of his friends without family, and then the weekend after my children come over & this way I can have them all day without them saying they have to run off to their in-laws and the in-laws gets to have them all day too. Pretty cool huh? Well, somebody has to give in, and I don't mind. They can have them on the holiday & hubby & I get our quality time too! :)

  14. My favorite part of Thanksgiving is when we all go around the room and say one thing we are thankful for. It's amazing to hear the things some of us have taken for granted that another speaks on.
