Breast Cancer Research Candle Giveaway - ends TONIGHT!!!

Welcome to the Candles for a Cure Breast Cancer Research Giveaway

Hosted by: Savory Savings

Sponsored by: Deborah’s Fragrant Memories

Unfortunately breast cancer is everywhere.  I am a seven year survivor of stage 3B breast cancer (that's like getting a D minus!)  There was a time that I questioned whether or not I would live long enough to see my boys go to high school.  Fortunately, I am one of the lucky ones, but many more (including quite a few of my friends) have not been so lucky.  Early detection is the key, so please get a mammogram and do self exams!
During October, the country turns a keen eye to Breast Cancer research and obtaining additional funding and promoting breast health awareness.

Companies like Gold Canyon are offering special products that a portion of the proceeds go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation – making what would be an ordinary purchase, extraordinary.  Deborah, of Deborah’s Fragrant Memories has a personal connection with breast cancer and has made a personal goal to sell 40 of the Gold Canyon Breast Cancer Tribute Candles during the month of October to honor the memory of her friend, Trish.  Check out the full story over at Savory Savings and find out why Deborah wants to reach this goal!

To kick off her Candle Tribute event – Deborah is buying the first Breast Cancer Tribute Candle and giving one to a Savory Savings reader!  That means she needs to sell just 39 more to reach her goal!  Oh, and if you do buy one, she will send you out a beautiful wick dipper as a thank you!

Now, on to the giveaway!  This giveaway will run from October 11, 2013 through October 22, 2013 at 11 PM CST.   It is open to US residents only, ages 18 and older.
