I was sure that this mouse wouldn't impress me because of the low price, but I am really surprised. It's responsive and nicely ergonomic, so I experienced none of the hand throb that I do when using a standard mouse.  It's a nice fit!  The sides are in a comfortable spot and the wheel works very well. The setup is very easy too. The included software lets you configure buttons the way you want them if you desire.
