Definition: A condescending expression used to question the legitimacy of someone's fitness expertise. Used in a Sentence:There's no way you'll make it on the football team! Do you even lift?
I can't stand it when people love to put down other people by asking questions like that.Amazing how some open their mouths all the time before thinking.
The next generation sure does have their own vocabulary. I have three daughters that use these "urban" expressions, but if I pick it up from them, they are completely disgusted and make me swear to NEVER utter it again!
I think of that as more something dudes in general say to each other than specifically urban...but I guess it's not rural, either! :)
