  2. Trying to relax after a long busy day of working as a teacher
    at daycare. It would be nice to lie down on some nice soft pillows
    and drift off to sleep :)

  3. I think the biggest factor to make sure I get a good nights sleep is a cool room. If I get to hot, I will toss and turn.

  6. Wind down time. I need those rare times of quiet once the kids are in bed, and eveeytgings done for the day. Does that mean I'm up a little later than I should be sometimes? Sure. But the sleep is better once it gets there.

  8. I think at least an hour down time after the kids go to sleep. If they would all go to sleep before 10-11pm, that might be possible. Oh so tired prego tired mama

  10. I wake several times a night to flip or flip/turn my pillow due to night sweats so I feel the moisture wicking property is the most important feature with the fact that that it stays cool being the second important.

  12. Most important for me is not to go to bed angry! If I haven't settled any differences that occurred during the day, I think about them all night and can't sleep. Always kiss and make up before bedtime. : )

  14. Getting the kids off to bed and having my cup of sleepy time herbal tea and watch one of my favorite shows... in bed before I fall asleep. That's my routine.

  16. I don't seem to get enough sleep because the kids always manage to wake up at various points in the night. I just need a good pillow and bed and I am out when I get a chance.

  17. The positioning of my pillows, and the angles of my arms under/around them is what helps me sleep the best.

  23. I like to wash my face and hands or take a bubble bath before going to sleep. I also love to put on something comfortable and have nice soft, clean sheets on my bed. I always sleep great if I follow that routine.

  24. I need music to sleep otherwise I'll hear every little sound and keep thinking about them. So white noise a big factor. My blankets and pillows have to be arranged a certain way, fan or humidifier on, no caffeine before bed lol

  25. I slowly start to make it less light. in my home...I cut off over head lights and gear down to little lamps....it's helps me go to sleep....The lesser light starts relaxing me....

  28. Getting into my favorite sleeping position in comfortable bedding. I make sure the temperature of the room is a little cooler and turn off all noise and light distractions.

  29. a shower.i sleep so much better if i shower before bed.i also have to have my pillow and blankie! cant sleep good with out it!
