  1. I don't deal with the time change at all. Next Monday morning going to work isn't going to be fun.

  2. I make sure to get enough sleep. I don't have any caffeine the day before.

  3. I do pretty good since my pain wakes me up early anyways, but my teenage daughters don't like it at all. I think the hardest ones hit in the house are the cats during the fall time change. I swear that they have a alarm clock for a stomach, they get wet food every night at 5 PM which then turns to 4 PM due to daylight savings and we have to gradually move it back to 5 PM, but every day we wait a little longer you'd think we were starving them and that they didn't have dry food 2 feet away.

  4. I don't adjust well to daylight savings time. My sleep schedule and the kids sleep schedules get messed up for weeks. I wish they would just get rid of it already!

  5. I don't really have to do anything to deal with this time change. It is when we set the clocks back in the fall that usually messes with my inner clock.

  6. I start going to bed earlier tonight, then come Sunday, I am already pretty used to the change. Works for me :)

  7. I adjust my schedule a little bit at a time leading up to the time change so I can adjust to it better.

  8. I don't like the spring time change. i always feel like I need more sleep and it is so dark in the morning!!

  10. I gradually adjust my sleep schedule a week prior to daylight savings.

  11. We just try to have a lazy day whenever we need to change clocks. It lets our bodies adjust easier, I think!

  12. I don't work outside the home so the time change doesn't have much effect on me.

  13. It doesn't really affect me thankfully!

  14. My body always takes a long time to adjust to the time changes. It doesn't matter if we lose or gain an hour, my brain still wants to stay on the old time!

  15. It bother me until Monday because I work with people online that don't have the time change.

  17. I try to go to bed earlier that evening and hope my sleep can stay or get back on track quicky

  18. I honestly don't even notice the time change. I just go about my day as normal.

  19. During Spring forward I usually set the clock right before I go to bed and just deal with the hour I don't get by being slightly cranky over breakfast :)

  20. I usually get up an hour or two earlier the day before so I fall asleep earlier and automatically adjust to the time difference.

  21. We try to adjust our meal time immediately to the new time change. If we do that, then it seems as though bed time for the little ones seems like a more natural time for them. We also slowly try to adjust their schedules to the new time change.

  22. It is always hard for me to adjust. It takes me a week or so and I don;t have a solution.

  23. I don't do much . I'm glad the sunlight is out for a longer time.

  24. The hour time change doesn't seem to affect us very much.

  25. It takes a few days to adjust.

  26. Time change doesn't affect me since I'm retired and don't need to be anywhere at a certain time.

  27. I don't like it very well. I wish that they would just leave it alone. But we do get use to it..

  28. I try to adjust my bedtime accordingly. I hate to spring forward during the week. Love that it's on Saturday this year!

  29. I can't lie. It was a rough morning today. I think we are going to make sure we go to bed early tonight so it doesn't affect us tomorrow as badly.

  30. Ahhh, this is my least favorite night/morning combo! I am grateful that it falls during a weekend. It still makes Monday morning, and the first week, tough to get adjusted to for me. I am definitely a fan of the "fall back" time of year. ;)

  31. So far so good, but this is only the beginning of day one. I usually have a couple week adjustment period where I feel really off after the time changes.

  32. I actually enjoy daylight savings time; it means summer is coming. At first it's annoying because I lose and hour of sleep and it's dark when I wake up, but that quickly changes. Also, when we switch the clocks I have about two weeks where the time difference between where I live and where my parents live is just 6 hours (as opposed to 7), and that hour difference is huge, and it's much easier to talk to them.

  33. We try to adjust by 10 minutes a day during the week leading up to it.

    ReplyDelete
  34. It takes a couple days to get adjusted but I DO LOVE having time in the evening with extra daylight. Maybe we can just leave it this way.

  35. I went to sleep earlier than usual. Definitely helped
