Have you heard of Tea Tree Oil? I've been hearing a lot of good things about it lately, so I was excited to give it a try.
Tea Tree Oil is one of the most amazing essential oils on the market today. It can be used to fight acne, yeast infections, lice, skin tags, cold sores, dandruff, fleas, warts, psoriasis and even toe nail fungus. You can use it to make your own shampoo, soaps, lotions, face cleaner, body wash and yes, even toothpaste!
Apothecary Extracts was started in 2013. Tea Tree Oil comes from an Australian tea tree plantation that uses only organic fertilizers. The plantation has received awards for its conservative farming practices and they boast the smallest carbon footprint of any producer of pure tea tree oil. Apothecary Extracts wanted to come up with Tea Tree Oil that was pure and not diluted to cut costs like other oils are. They can prove that their tea tree oil is 100% undiluted and without impurities.
I have tried the Tea Tree Oil on my elbows, which are rough and in the cold months will sometimes peel and they are feeling much better since I started using the oil. I also have added a few drops to my bath and I love the aromatherapy aspect of it. It's very relaxing! I have also tried a couple of drops in my shampoo and while it tingles, it's not uncomfortable. I can't wait to try it in other ways!
You can find Tea Tree Oil on Amazon for under $25 for a giant bottle that will last a long time! If you're serious about wanting to use 100% natural oil, this is the one you should try!
