Ultra-Speed Adjustable Jump Rope Review!

Are you keeping your resolution to lose weight this year? Jumping rope is one of the fastest ways to burn fat and you don't have to do it all at once.  Short, intense jump rope circuits are super effective at burning fat both during and after your workout. Just jumping for 10 minutes can provide the same calorie burn as 30 minutes of slow cardio.  When I was a kid, we jumped rope during recess at school. It's a great way to develop hand eye coordination and releases all that energy that kids have!

Jumping rope is a great way to cross train or just add some endurance training to your workout. It really improves your cardiovascular health by working your heart and helps keep your weight in check. The best part about it is that you don't have to be an athlete or workout enthusiast to benefit from a jump rope!  It's the perfect way for busy people to fit in some exercise without a huge time commitment.

The Speed Jump Rope comes with ball bearings that actually increase the number of revolutions per minute, so you can basically achieve the speed that you want to go! This is a high-quality jump rope that contain 4 metal ball bearings, yet this rope is lightweight enough for beginners. I love that it's a full 10 feet long, so that it can be adjusted for my boys who are 6'5" tall and it can be used by a person who is only 5'. It comes iwth a nylon bag so that it's easily transported and carries a lifetime manufacturer guarantee!

I love how this jump rope feels - the handles are really easy to hold and it's very nicely made. You can find it on Amazon for $15.99.  In my opinion it is worth every penny!

Disclosure:  I received this product to form my opinion and facilitate my review, however my opinion remains my own.

  3. Speed jump rope, really. I don't think I could slow jump rope let a lone speed jump rope. I bet it would be good for those people that do the tricks with the jump ropes though.
