    Fresh apple cake. You can not make this cake by stirring with hand or with hand mixture (I tried, burnt mine up). Tired of borrowing friends Kitchen Aide Stand mixer to make this.

    My mom's whoopie pies 100%! I just don't know whether I would do chocolate or pumpkin. My mom only used her beloved kitchenaid to make them. And I mean beloved very literally lol She cried when my dad brought the box to her lol She passed away in July from breast cancer and I haven't made them since. I know I could probably do it with a hand mixer! But I'm worried about the consistency and I really want them to come out the same (nostalgia I guess lol) I'm saving for one but on a public servant salary it's taking a hot minute! Great giveaway!!

    OMGosh, where would I start? There are sooo many intriguing recipes I'd like to try, there have been sooo many times I've said, gee I wish I had a KitchenAid Mixer, I would make --- and an ice cream attachment, too...whoa Nelly...all I know is...I'd be in Amazing Creation Heaven!!
