  8. I would say the pain relief patches! More so for my mid/upper back. It's been in so much pain it's been hard to sleep for two weeks now and it's driving me NUTS! Then again, I'd love to try all of it! Maybe it'd help with all the aches and pains from Fibromyalgia!
