Rubbermaid FreshWorks containers are truly amazing! These containers are the perfect container for storing produce. I have noticed that the fruit has been lasting longer in these containers, so that’s a huge plus. These containers use patented FreshVentTM technology to keep produce fresher up to 80%* longer than traditional produce packaging. FreshVent regulates the flow of oxygen and carbon dioxide to create the optimal environment so produce stays nearly as fresh as the day it was picked, while the CrispTrayTM helps reduce moisture and spoilage. Since produce usually does go to waste within days, you won’t have to worry about that with these. FreshWorks containers expand the life so that they’ll stay fresher longer and you can still eat it before it goes to waste.
These containers keeping produce fresher longer so you shouldn’t have any problem with food going to waste. Americans waste $24 billion worth of produce every year, which is the equivalent of $192 per household.
The FreshVent filter lasts the lifetime of the container, with no replacements needed. This product is dishwasher safe, so you don’t have to worry about ruing them if you put them in the dishwasher. I love that because I’ve placed containers in the dishwasher before and sometimes the lids end up not fitting right after doing that. They’re BPA free as well. The crisp tray (shown above) elevates produce away from moisture and promotes proper airflow to help prevent spoilage.

Oh this would be perfect for strawberries and salads that we have. The items would not go bad so quickly.
ReplyDeleteI need these big time.
ReplyDeleteI would like to store my sugar and flour when I go camping.
ReplyDeleteWe're daily salad eaters at my house - I think these would be a great way to keep our salad mix crisp (as opposed to keeping it in the bag). And we eat tons of berries that would benefit from this storage also!
