The meal I like to prepare is a brunch. I make a spinach leek quiche for breakfast plus some Canadian bacon and then I make sure that there is some fresh fruit and some toast or a coffee cake that I make.
ReplyDeleteIm not the chef in our house. My husband loves to cook gumbo!
ReplyDeleteI don't really have a favorite recipe but my husband does and that's this thing called Macaroni Pie. You cook the Mac & Cheese like normal then you pour it in a 8x8 dish, add corn beef on top and top it off with some shredded cheese then put it inside the oven at 400 for like 10mins or until the cheese is completely melted. Its really good but also a bit greasy cause of all the cheese so we just make it every now and again.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite meal to cook is kind-of a mix of everything I had on hand one day and it has quickly turned into a weekly thing. Olive oil in skillet-chicken cut up in pieces thrown in-toss in a few random spices (never use the same spices twice in one month of this meal) - another pan - add olive oil - cut up onions, potatoes, carrots, a little kale, (sometimes celery, apple, lemon slices, just add random veggies) into pan put a lid over and stir this and chicken pretty constant. When it is done, combine all together. Healthy and delicious meal :)

My favorite meal to prepare is lasagna. I add a green salad and a nice loaf of Italian bread and I have a great meal.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite meals is a tapas style platter- cheese, olives, crackers/breads, meats, fruit, nuts, and a bottle of wine! It is easy for a snack or late lunch idea.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite recipe to prepare is a pork rib/sauerkraut dish. Country style pork ribs topped with sauerkraut, pour a can of french onion soup over all and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake slowly 325 degrees for about 3 hrs till meat falls off bone. So addictive!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite recipe to make is Fettuccine Alfredo with either chicken or seafood. The alfredo sauce is really close in taste to the sauce at Olive Garden. We like to have steamed broccoli and fresh bread sticks on the side!
ReplyDeletemy favorite recipe is meatloaf
